Defabs
Engineering Systems Limited has over
twenty years experience of manufacturing
high quality fabrications either in
stainless or carbon steels.
Our site has a 10,000 square foot factory
which houses specialist welding, fabrication,
finishing and assembly facilities. We
are able to manufacture both in house
and, where access is limited, equipment
maybe assembled on-site.
Fabrications such as tables, cabinets,
machine guarding and frameworks can
all be produced to suit individual requirements.
We offer a full site surveying service
to ensure dimensional accuracy prior
to manufacture.
For all our fabrications a wide range
of internal and external finishes are
available , from general cosmetic to
high quality pharmaceutical standards.
We also offer a glass beadblasting facility. |

Vessel
/ Skid manufacture
Vessels and skid platform mounted equipment
can be built to customer specifications
and drawings or we can offer a full
in-house design service.
BS5500/ASME V111
Defabs produce fabrications in accordance
with the above codes, including liaison
with insurance companies for design
compliance.
Vessels can be built up to a diameter
of 3.5m and an overall height of 6m.
Where required, vessels can be supplied
with agitators, top plates incorporating
pressure control equipment and all necessary
process control equipment.
Stainless Steel
Pipework
Defabs can offer a full installation
service for stainless steel hygienic
pipework to brewery, dairy and pharmaceutical
standards.
Welding can be carried out with our
full orbital welding facility or manually
against our qualified weld procedures
by our certified welding personnel.
We have TIG, MIG and manual metal arc
welding facilities for both workshop
and site based installations, enabling
us to meet all our customers requirements.

Platforms
and Stairways
We have produced a wide range of access
platforms and stairways for use in all
industries.
Where possible all platform and stairway
units are manufactured to the appropriate
EEMUA factory standards.
We are able to manufacture from carbon
steel (painted / galvanised) or from
stainless steel to suit the client's
specification.
